The Ideal Balance Boot Camp is an eight-week
group program for small groups of busy professionals who want
to get back on track to wellness. It includes a weekly group
meeting by phone, and covers all the basics of our one-on-one
programs - at a fraction of the cost!

Ideal Balance Boot Camp is conducted three times a year, so

Ideal Balance
Boot Camp includes…
• Get Acquainted Session – Face-to-face session
with Monica where you’ll talk about your situation and
set some boot camp goals.
• Boot Camp Orientation – Fun, in-person orientation
where you’ll meet your Boot Camp group and some inspiring
Boot Camp alums.
• Group coaching sessions – you’ll talk
with Monica and other participants each week in supportive,
motivational sessions that will give you loads of information
to help you achieve major health changes.
• One-on-One sessions– Once a week, Monica will
be available to you weekly for a fifteen minute one-on-one
coaching session, so you can talk privately about your health.
• A “Success Buddy” – You’ll
be paired with a like-minded individual to support and inspire
you on challenging days, maybe even a new friend for healthy
activities!
• Amazing recipes, food samples, and info handouts

• Weekly track reports – A weekly scorecard to
track your progress that you send in before group sessions,
so we can customize the session to include topics that will

Ideal Balance Boot Camp curriculum:
Week 1:
The basics - Discover the basics of nutrition and balance,
and learn the ins and outs of whole food eating, planning
and cooking.
Week 2:
Detoxing from the inside out - Learn
how to do a seven day full-body nutritional detoxification
and cleanse with the support of the group.
Week 3:
Focus on habits – Our habits are the building blocks
of our lives. Maintain healthy eating habits your gained during
the cleanse, no matter how busy you are.
Week 4:
Do the locomotion - Determine what movement you can create
in your life that will bring you joy - and keep you in shape.
Week 5:
Housecleaning your priorities –
Put yourself back at the helm, as captain of your life. Learn
the basics of meditation, visualization and manifesting to
create a life that is more balanced, satisfying – and
fun!
Week 6:
Sweeping your space – Use the entertaining and traditional
art of Feng Shui, to recreate physical space that reinforces
a positive change in your life.
Week 7:
Cleaning up your priorities: figuring
out what makes you happy: You’ll do a simple exercise
to discover your priorities and how you can arrange your life
to fill it with more joy, productivity and focus.
Week 8:
Life by design – We spend the final
week of Bootcamp putting together to create a plan that continues
to motivate and inspire you well into the future.
