The Prioritize YourSELF program is
for busy professionals who are ready to make some basic changes
that will yield satisfying - and sustainable - results. This
program relies on simple, gradual steps that are customized
to fit into your life. Prioritize YourSELF is for people who’d
like a team of enthusiastic supporters, nutritionists, coaches,
advocates, and counselors in their corner, helping you make
changes to get more of what you want and need from your life.
How the program
works:
Prioritize YourSELF begins by giving you a solid foundation
in nutrition, including the interplay of exercise, career,
relationships, spirituality, and other areas of your life
that affect balance. The basic Prioritize YourSELF program
consists of two 50-minute sessions per month, designed for
self-starting people who would rather do more work on their
own. Our Prioritize YourSELF – Fast Track program consists
of three 50-minute sessions per month, perfect for people
ready to move quickly in the program and achieve results right
away. Fast Track includes more support from me and is our
most popular option.
You choose whether to complete to program
in-person or over the phone.
After an initial Get Acquainted session, you decide the length
of the program. Most people choose an average of two to five
months.

Prioritize
YourSELF
will teach you how to:
1. Create and visualize daily intentions to achieve your most
important health and life goals.
2. Discover the ins and outs of choosing,
cooking and eating whole foods - and the best shortcuts if
you don’t like to cook!
3. Simplify and customize nutrition and health
basics that fit into your life effortlessly – so that
you’ll finally kick your cravings, create amazingly
healthy meal plans, and discover how to eat well even when
you travel.
4. Find and incorporate movement into your
life that excites you.
5. Implement a simple nutritional cleanse
to clear and detoxify your body (don’t worry - it’s
easier than you think).
6. Find balance in your life through consistent
planning and prioritizing, including stress management techniques
that’ll get you teach you how to breathe meditate and
really relax.
7. Define your life purpose and start living
it.

includes:
• One-on-one counseling sessions with detailed recommendations
• Monthly group seminars and classes on a range of subjects
– from cooking to meditation, yoga to movie screenings
• Unlimited e-mail support between sessions
• Food samples and self-care products
• Monthly Health Food Store Tours (you can even bring
a friend for free!)
• Books, food samples, handouts, and a binder to keep
everything organized
